Suryamukhi House of Design sells semi-stitched lehengas and related garments. Product images are for reference only. Due to photography lighting and screen display variations, actual product colors may differ slightly.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that all descriptions or other content on the Website are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Charges (based on weight):

    • 0–10 KG: £15

    • 10–30 KG: £25

    • 30 KG and above: £50

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses or unforeseen courier issues.

  • As we only ship locally within the UK, customs and import duties are not applicable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as a boutique offering semi-stitched garments, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The item was purchased directly through our website with no prior consultation.

    • The item is not customised or altered in any way.

    • The item is returned in the same condition it was sent in, including original packaging and labels intact.

  • No refunds are issued. Instead, we offer exchanges of goods equal to the original purchase value.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

    • Items that have been customised or altered.

    • Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.

  • Damaged Items:

    • All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.

    • If an item is received damaged, customers must document the damage with photos and contact our team at jayantikasm@gmail.com for exchange eligibility review.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 2 hours of placing the order, or

  • Before the order has been processed and shipped — whichever comes first.
